How to save time & energy !

Oh the time and energy you save by:

1. Not having to shop for toiletries or make-up, cook instant noodles , or make the bed.

2. Not having any friends or boy friend to socialize with.
3. Not having to answer all the text messages & email people sent to you

4. Not having a dog to walk or play with.

5. Not having to feed the fish or clean the fish tank

Charming brothers?

I sent my brother the below text, yesterday :
( Excessive reliance on obscenities & profanities tends towards restricted vocabulary growth & general decline in overall verbal skills. Instead ,why not use some meaningful words like 'I understand but I just happen to disagree with you & I'm sorry ' - instead of "You Stupid Bitch" ! )

That's after his girlfriend, text to complain to me about the way he text her all the time. I don't understand him, I don't understand why all the girls like him. My mum loves him too, but she's his mum, she has no choice. But the rest of the girls???

My friends said he's charming! I go like ...WHAT ???? hmmm..... have our standards drop so much these days? Just receive a reply from him after my rather harsh text : "If only she's smart  like you- wink wink ".
OK... he's quite charming sometimes ...lol...

The Lady in Red

One of my ex-classmates from secondary school is getting married next month. A few of us were invited. So I've created a group chat, just to discuss on what to wear ....lol.... Well I was telling them if I've a choice, I'll wear red. I always thought red is a sharper color, & makes one stand out better.

There's this study to test whether men have different attitudes towards women based on the color they are wearing. In one experiment Psychologists asked: “Imagine that you are going on a date with this woman and have $100 in your wallet. How much would you be willing to spend on your date?” Pictures of the exact same women were shown to men with different colors. The woman wearing red was more likely to be treated to a more expensive date. In all the experiments, women shown framed by or wearing red were rated significantly more attractive and sexually desirable by men than women
in other colors.

One of the theories to explain the outcome of the study was it could be due to deep biological roots because nonhuman male primates, such as baboons and chimpanzees, are known to be attracted to females displaying red... lol... can you imagine???

With my face all numbed, I don't feel much. After that, they did a mask for me. After that it's over. Bruising???.... ya there's bruising so try to make appointment in the late afternoon or night, you don't want to be walking around after that. As for me, I go straight home & rest my face.

My dad ask me why I do it, he said I'm already pretty enough. I told him, obviously he finds me pretty as I'm his daughter.....lol... Anyway my mum is interested now as this is obviously super good for older women who wants to look better in a more nature way. The natural look could be achieved, as they do it to your whole face & not just selected areas. Panbesy , duromine, Garbaslim, Vitamin D jab, for successful weight Loss , 30th Day

Didn't have time to update on my "panbesy weight loss experience" in details. Anyway it's been a month since I started on Panbesy , duromine, Garbaslim & Vitamin D jab . I'm glad to report I've lost a total of 5.5kg. My friend Faith about 4.3 kg. Our tummies are flat now. To achieve that, you have to take their Garbaslim fat burner. It flushes out everything from your guts everyday. We love it!

After I started on the 30mg panbesy from 4th day on wards, my appetite was greatly reduced. I felt full the whole day. Dr said must eat something, so I forced myself to eat some soupy noodles or porridge. Faith was kinda emotional, so I reminded her that, Dr said not to skip food totally, which she kinda did. See she was desperate to lose weight asap. Anyway after she snapped at her bf for the 100th time, even she knew she has to eat something.

The 7th day was our "cheat day". We had pasta (we shared a big plate haha) & desserts !!! After that her mood totally changed. See ladies, we were surprise when Dr Keith told us we could eat sweet stuff, thought he was nuts at first. Anyway now we know, girls like us usually go to the extreme-  & cut out all food if possible. Taking meds like panbesy or duromine but no food, our moods will be affected. But once you eat something, you'll be fine.

Time passes real fast. We slot in "cheat days" every 7 days, to make this experience more enjoyable. Not to totally indulge but we'll have some fun things like cakes & desserts. For the rest of the days, we eat moderately. We were lucky we have each other, we encourage each other. It's been fun & interesting.

For now, I'll stay on Garbaslim as I really like it. Faith too.

Panbesy , duromine, Garbaslim, Vitamin D jab, for successful weight Loss , 4th Day

After I got home, I started goggling about Vitamin D. I'm glad I did the Vitamin D jab with Dr Keith, it'll enhance my weight loss. It has been working for many people.

I started the weight loss program with 15 mg of duromine. I took that for 3 days. I felt almost normal & have none of those reported side effects. Is it working? Went to check the reviews from others on blogs. Many of the comments were from girls who actually skip the lower dose duromine & go straight to the higher dose 30mg of duromine or panbesy(which ever DR gave). They can't wait to lose the weight I guess, maybe I should have done that. Have I wasted 3 days? Oh did I mention before, duromine & panbesy, both supposedly works the same way.

I also started the water retention pills. Wow !!! That's like sooooo.... strange! After a couple of hours, I started going to the toilet like 5 times & peeing !!! By the end of the day, I weigh myself, I've lost like 1 kg!!!! Was that all water ? My God !!! I also look better as I don't have that bloated look anymore. I looked at my legs, it seems they look better like shapelier. All that within 1 day ??? wow !!! The water retention pills is really effective!

Once I started the 30mg panbesy on the fourth day, the side effects kick in. I feel really thirsty, I imagine the panbesy is drying up all the water plus the fats inside ....lol... Hopefully it works that way. Anyway I was told not to drink like a fish, so I didn't. Then there's the heart palpitations, it's different when you read about it & actual feeling it. Kinda weird. But was expecting that, so I didn't get paranoid by it. Knew it's just part of the symptoms ....yay... means the panbesy is working !

I have been feeling heavy & bloated. Tried dieting for the 100th time. Don't understand why I even bother doing that. I guess I am born with flaws :namely, a weak will. Oh well, we are there already, & we just got our pay, OK, might as well!

Whose Christmas present is better ?

Last month my brother showed me this:

And guess what? He actually got this mug for my mum for her Christmas present & she loved it , & go all ..."oh... it's so cute , so funny !!!!" And when I gave her a $100- voucher from Robinsons (her favorite store) as Christmas present all she could say was thanks!

Trying to quite smoking ?

My colleague is trying to quit smoking. She has been smoking since 15 & that's 15 years ago.  She has tried gum, the patch, electronic cigarettes, sweets - everything. Nothing works. Her nerves are frayed she's agitated. Small everyday annoyances get magnified until they're on par with genocide !(that's how she described it)

Today she came to work & told me she would tongue kiss a homeless man if it meant she could suck the nicotine out from between his teeth. 😝😝😝😝😝
Then I reminded her, it'll be difficult to find someone like that in Singapore. See she's from the States :)

What happens if you're 17 & pregnant?

Well your parents take over everything I guess. From planning what to do with the baby & to a large extend what to do with you. Some people give the baby up for adoption & the 17 year old can lead a normal life again, almost as if the pregnancy never happens. Others do keep the baby, the grandparents became the surrogate parents of sorts, as no 17 yr old know anything about bring up babies, not from our society anyway.

Krissy my brother's ex-girlfriend's parents has decided on keeping the child. Maybe because Krissy is the only child anyway. The father of the baby, another 17 year old friend of my brother's wont be involved at all. That's the initial plan.

However all that quickly changed when the baby was born last week. It's a BOY, Benji !!! Very cute, thick curly hair & big black eyes. I went to visit & fell in love immediately. No wonder, everyone wants a part of it now. There's even talks about 'marriage' just to keep the ties alive! I looked at Krissy, she's still a child , herself. The boy friend is almost a replica of my silly brother, the same 'Korean' hair do, dressing etc... sigh....  that's what most 17 year old boys look like anyway.

Krissy's parents were not happy. They didn't like Benji's father, calls him a punk! Well don't know what's next. But I was thinking, marriage at 17??? don't sound like a good idea at all !

Do unexpected things happen to you sometimes?

Not really for me. Usually things are just going by pretty normal. Until this morning. Someone rang the bell early in the morning at 7:30am, we never have visitors that early before. Not even those that we expect, normal people usually visit during lunch or dinner or anything in between. But 7:30 am?? even mail man would not be that early right???

We, (those of us who's awake already ), kind of look at each other & thought  "who's that?" It actually took a while for us to 'collect' ourselves & as usual mum is the one that took charge of the unexpected & went answer the door. I had a bad feeling at that point.

Door opened: it's Krissy & she's pregnant , about 7,8 months I think! Hmmm.... she's my brother's ex-girlfriend & she's only 17 (my brother is 17 also). Can you imagine our surprise, which quickly escalate into real fear!!! I went straight to my brother's room & get him. He'd never woken up so fast in his entire life. Usually, his progress from asleep to awake was slow & very gradual, like Man evolving from plankton. This time , though ,all the lights in his head came on instantly!

What happened next was so dramatic, I couldn't imagine. There's crying, there's explaining & finally when we got the whole story, there's relief! My idiotic brother is not that idiotic after all, it's not his kid. She has no where to go, her parents just kick her out of the house after an argument so she came over as she's hungry & have no money for breakfast. She lived just a minute from us.

After mum has settle her food issue, we get her to rest in my brother's room. Mum than called her parents,who came with her boy friend to get her after a few hours. Everyone looked very embarrassed & apologized for the 'trouble caused'. I felt so bad for Krissy. She has dropped out of poly, & will have the baby. Hope she'll be alright. I could see my brother is still pretty shaken over this- it could have been him.

Why do we even have brothers ....????

a.) they don't respond to a simple text even when you have spent hours planning a family gathering.

b.) they update you with news of your most hated friends & how well they are doing just to irritate you.

c.) they update you constantly about how your mother is complaining about your boy friend from 4,374 km away! (yes I'm in Australia now... unbelievable !!! )

Clients from hell !!!

I usually have good & wonderful clients but last week was bad. Met the client from hell !!! What to do, it's my job. Everything I recommend she's not interested & said it's "so last season...". Things she wanted, we cant find, come on, this is not Paris!

Anyway she finally left, obviously not very satisfy at all. I'm very stressed! My bf was so  supportive. He took me for a nice dinner to celebrate the departure of the client & told me " There's a lot of ugly people in this world. I wish I could keep them all a way from you. " So sweet right ????

Someone at work ask me what's my resolution this year. I said my resolution is not to have a resolution & just try to live in the moment, sound a little Zen I know. But what's with all these resolution lists which we are going to break anyway. By the middle of January, most would have forgotten they have even written up a list I guess.

I've finally finish the Game of Thrones Season 5 !

First 5 episodes were only so so... The action only starts after the 5th episode. Of course the finale of Jon Snow dying was kinda epic, as he's one of the best loved characters. Fans were hoping they'll bring him back to life as that  Melisandre bitch is there after causing Stannis, Shireen and their army to be defeated by the Boltons.

Jon Snow's sister Arya Stark arrives in Braavos and starts training with the Faceless Men. Very mysterious there.

In King's Landing, after the wedding of Margaery Tyrell and Tommen Baratheon, Cersei Lannister begins losing control of Tommen, and with him her power. She tries to regain her status by authorizing the revival of the Faith Militant, the military wing of the Faith of the Seven. That back fired !The Sparrows quickly begin imposing their puritanical views upon King's Landing by ridding it of all "sins", in the process imprisoning Loras Tyrell for being homosexual. They proceed to imprison Margaery and Cersei herself for committing various sins. Cersei is released after confessing to adultery with Lancel and being forced to march naked through King's Landing. That scene was pretty awesome !! In all I cant wait for the next season !

Seriously I am considering it. First concern is, how am I going to use it when I'm all dolled up for work in my high heels & short shirt. That's what my boss ask me ...lol... good question- but I'm not thinking of that just yet. Maybe I'll wear pants when I'm using it. That's doable right?

See I'm tired of the jam everyday! I tried using the MRT, but it takes like forever. And dont you even dare mention the bus, I might as well walk. Well the other day I was walking along the street & this very cute guy zoom past me in his Inokim Quick 2 scooter, complete with cute helmet & a loose tie ... That's incentive enough right?
It seems only cute people are using it these days ...lol...
