I love the fair Daenerys from Game of Thrones, dont you?

Have you seen the Game of Thrones? If you haven't, you should- it's so good. very addictive!

Don't know why, I'm drawn to very fair characters. E.g. the elf that Orlando Bloom played in Lords of The Ring & now there's one very distinctive character that I love in Games of Throne.

That's Daenerys Targaryen ( played by Emilia Clarke). Siblings Viserys and Daenerys Targaryen  – the exiled children of the king overthrown by Robert Baratheon – are on the run for their lives, trying to win back the throne.

Daenerys has been married to Khal Drogo (Jason Momoa), the leader of the nomadic Dothraki, and is guarded by the exiled knight Ser Jorah Mormont (Iain Glen)

Lots happened, will not elaborate here as I do not want to spoil the show for you, it’s so good- Anyway when her husband died, She constructs a funeral pyre for his body. She places her dragon eggs (gifts from someone for her wedding) there too.


Daenerys then gives a speech to those of her khalasar (her husband’s tribal people ) who are left. She tells them that they are free to go, but if they stay with her she will lead them to a great destiny, then she steps into the blaze.

 
The following morning, miraclously she has survived, with  three newly-hatched dragons clinging to her body, the first three dragons in the world in a century and a half. Everyone fall to their knees, proclaiming Daenerys their queen and leader. I loved that scene, it’s so magical! The baby dragons were the cutest!

    I don't understand I tot the dragon eggs were fossilized when they were presented to her? Then how can they be hatched?

      Was thinking about the same thing. But then this is fiction, suppose to be magic maybe.
      Love those small dragons when they were hatched :)

      The dragons are getting bigger & meaner now in season 4- so sad. Daenerys cant even control them now :(

    Noticed the Daenerys Targaryen character has many nude scenes in Season 1. But after that in later seasons, that totally stopped, what happened ???anyone ?

      I think she refuse these nude scenes after the first season. I guess at first she agree coz she has no bargaining power, she need to get into the show first, right?. After she got in, people love the show & love her, she got more bargaining power. Kudos to her !

      Saw Pompeii because of Jack Baur ...lol.... aka Kiefer Sutherland!

      Kiefer Sutherland's "accent" is kinda strange in Pompeii- rather distracting for me.

    Hi Hottie ,Daenerys Targaryen does look like those elves from Lords of the Ring :) The blond hair perhaps ????

      Ok he did leave her because he has more impt things to do, but he loves her in his way. She's a touch bitch, due to circumstances , that's her way of acting out her love- she got mad because he left her.

      I'm another one who's glad they killed off her character.
      Anyone likes tall female warrior Brienne of Tarth ??? Or even Jaime Lannister ? I like them both. The king slayer was pretty bad in the 1st season, but his character is getting very interesting- showing the good side & of course he's good looking ....lol...

    I like the scene where King Joff died- it's really so disgusting interesting. But I miss his character- he's so sadistic haha.... but fun to watch.

      The series is very good.
      Much Nudity is found in the first season. The following seasons they tone it down quite a lot. You shouldn't miss it !

    Has anyone seen Keanu Reeves "John Wick" ? that Alfie Allen is in it.
